When Jennifer Gianni became pregnant with her first child, she realized how little information was available on how to stay in shape before, during and after her pregnancy – while insuring the safety of her baby and a healthy pregnancy. Experienced Pilates instructor and Trained Doula, Jennifer Gianni credits Fusion Pilates for a quick bounce back after her first and second babies. Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in the mind/body field including Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training & Gyrotonics and is a pregnancy expert who has contributed to publications such as Fit Pregnancy and Parents Expecting magazines and has been featured on Fit TV.
