When Jennifer Gianni became pregnant with her first child, she realized how little information was available on how to stay in shape, while taking every precaution to insure the safety of her baby and a healthy pregnancy.

Experienced Pilates instructor, Jennifer Gianni, credits Pilates for a quick bounce back after her first and second babies. Fusion Pilates is the result of her in-depth research into what constitutes a safe and effective workout for the pregnant woman. The workout follows all guidelines from The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

This unique workout includes modifications that are appropriate for each trimester. Pregnant woman of all fitness levels will be challenged and motivated by this inspiring workout.

Jennifer Gianni has over 13 years of experience in the mind/body field including Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training & Gyrotonic®.
