Fusion Pilates Triple Threat is the result of Jennifer Gianni’s in depth exploration of many exercise disciplines. By fusing elements of Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic™, Dance and Weight Training, Jennifer has created a new and exciting exercise recipe that blends the best and most effective elements from each discipline.
